Harrison
Brix, 24, is fast-start rookie race car driver that hails
from San Jose, Calif. Brix has spent the last 18 months rocketing
to the top of his sport. Brix kicked off his rookie season
by capturing the Series Champion title and being named Rookie
of the Year for the 2003-2004 Skip
Barber Western Series.
Since capturing the Skip Barber title, Brix
has competed in five Grand American Rolex Series races in
2004 in the SGS class with Sigal Sport; was in the top five
each time and had one win at Fontana. Brix ran a limited Rolex
Series schedule in 2005, running with Essex Racing at the
Rolex 24 and then five races for Howard
Boss/Dyson Racing in the Crawford Pontiac No. 06.
In 2006 Brix was one of two primary drivers of the Kodak
EasyShare No. 77 car for the entire Grand-Am Rolex Sports
Car Series 2006 schedule.
In 2007 Brix shared driving duties in the #39 Crown Royal
Special Reserve Pontiac in the Grand-Am Rolex Sports Car
Series for racing legend and 1998 Indianapolis 500 champion
Eddie Cheever of Cheever Racing.
In 2008 Harrison joined Risi Competizione the reigning champions
of the American Le Mans Series GT2 class where he will co-drive
the Rosso Corsa No. 61 Ferrari 430GT with Patrick Friesacher
of Austria. The other team drivers include Ferrari factory
driver Jaime Melo and fomer Scuderia Ferrari F1 Driver Mika
